Rabodi / Rabori

Rabodi/Rabori is a homemade traditional Marwari recipe. Made with Buttermilk and jawar/corn atta (makai). It looks like pieces of papad but it tastes little tangy. An easy to prepare and taste the real Marwar (Rajasthan) on your plate, as its sun-dried you can preserve it for months. Rabodi is among one of the oldest dishes, which is originated in Rajasthan because it was meant to be suited for Rajasthan climate and long-term sustainability. You can eat Rabodi with roti (indian bread) and rice when cooked.
